Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. Figma is building a Sales AI Transformation function to embed AI across the sales workflow - reducing manual work, improving decision-making, and simplifying how reps and managers operate day-to-day.
As the founding Sales AI Engineer, you’ll be a hands-on builder who designs and ships AI-enabled workflows that connect systems like Salesforce, Slack, and our data stack. You’ll move quickly from prototype to production, measure adoption and impact, and create reusable patterns that help the broader GTM organization build and scale what works.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
