Coordinator, Inventory and Logistics

Figure is an AI Robotics company autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence. Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. We are based in North San Jose, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration. It’s time to build.

Figure AI is building the data foundation that powers our humanoid robots. The Data Operations organization creates and curates the training data our AI systems learn from, and the Data Creators team owns how that data gets captured, at what volume, and to what standard, across our sites.

As Coordinator, Inventory and Logistics, you'll own the equipment, gear, and supplies that keep data creation running, across projects and sites. You'll track and maintain inventory, keep capture hardware accounted for and ready, coordinate the movement of equipment between sites and sets, and make sure every project has what it needs on time. 

Responsibilities: 

• Own inventory and logistics execution for data creation: equipment, gear, consumables, and supplies across projects and sites.
• Track and maintain the inventory system, keeping capture hardware accounted for and ready to use.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and movement of equipment between sites and sets.
• Manage supply and equipment orders, keeping stock ahead of project needs.
• Support setup and teardown of capture environments.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in logistics, inventory management, supply chain, or operations, with ownership of a workstream end to end.
• Experience with inventory systems and equipment tracking.
• Experience coordinating shipping, receiving, or movement of goods across locations.
• Strong organization and attention to detail under changing priorities.
• Clear communication and the ability to be the point of contact for gear and supply readiness.
• Experience directing or coordinating others, or readiness to take it on.

Bonus Qualifications: 

• Background in robotics, hardware, motion capture, or physical AI data.
• Familiarity with motion capture or wearable sensor hardware.
• Experience in high-growth startup operations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $35 - $40 / hour.

The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.
