Figure is an AI Robotics company autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence. Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. We are based in North San Jose, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration. It’s time to build.

Figure AI is building the data foundation that powers our humanoid robots. The Data Operations organization creates and curates the training data our AI systems learn from, and the Data Creators team owns how that data gets captured, at what volume, and to what standard, across our sites.

As a Logistics Runner, you'll keep data capture moving by staging, prepping, and transporting the equipment and supplies our teams rely on. You'll support setup and teardown of capture environments, move gear between sites and sets, and keep staging areas organized and capture-ready.

Responsibilities: 

• Move, stage, and prep equipment, gear, and supplies for data capture across sites and sets.
• Support setup and teardown of capture environments.
• Transport gear between locations as needed.
• Keep staging and storage areas organized and capture-ready.
• Flag damaged, missing, or low-stock equipment.
• Follow SOPs for handling, tracking, and safety.

Requirements:

• Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move equipment safely; this is a hands-on, physical role.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, changing operations environment.
• Clear communication and a team-first attitude.

Bonus Qualifications: 

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, production, or operations.
• Valid driver's license for transporting equipment between sites.
• Interest in robotics, hardware, or physical AI.

This is a six-month fixed-term agreement, with potential for longer-term opportunities depending on your contributions and interests. We’re looking for motivated people who want to support real-world robot development—and grow with us.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $30 / hour.

The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.
