We recruit across the full spectrum of healthcare talent — from Licensed Practical Nurses and Physicians to practice managers and operational leaders. Whether through direct hire, contract, or temp-to-hire placements, we connect candidates with environments where they can perform and organizations with people who actually move the needle.
Backed by strong relationships across healthcare networks and training programs, we don’t just fill roles — we align talent with real-world operational needs.
The client is an innovative US-based physicians network that has been delivering high-quality healthcare to elderly patients in assisted and independent living communities, group homes, and private homes for more than five years.
Our client has 50+ full-time healthcare clinicians (board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, podiatrists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and wound-care specialists) who visit patients in the comfort of their own homes. They are also rapidly expanding the house-call network model with the patent-pending telemedicine platform via 4G/5G smartphones and tablets.
To continue the high-level patient care focused on assisted/senior living and skilled nursing facilities we are now looking for a part-time (minimum 2 days/week)
please note, even though this role is house call focused, it will include limited travelling as most facilities have multiple patients that need to be seen. Therefore, the number of patient visits for each week can be reached in a clustered and very efficient way.
- Diagnose and treat patients in assisted living/group homes and skilled nursing facilities, including House Call services for common chronic diseases via “in-person” House Call and/or telemedicine visits.
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
- Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialist regarding patient care
