Your Role
As a Senior Product Manager - Operations (m/f/x), you own the digital architecture and systems that control how every single FINN vehicle transitions from the manufacturer to a ready-to-deliver state. This role sits directly at the intersection of software and physical reality, managing the complex operational flow of thousands of cars across partner compounds and logistics sites. By transforming real-world bottlenecks into highly automated software solutions, you will directly optimize our unit economics and ensure we hit our delivery promises to our customers.
  • Translate complex operations into scalable tech: Build a deep understanding of our online workflows and compound realities to engineer robust product requirements that handle edge cases and peak volume constraints.

  • Build predictive, high-trust inflow systems: Move beyond manual firefighting by architecting systems that anticipate compound bottlenecks, surface logistics risks early, and dynamically adapt to capacity constraints.

  • Protect the end-customer experience: Connect deeply operational root causes directly to subscriber impact, ensuring that software trade-offs always prioritize and protect the moment of truth at the customer's doorstep.

  • Define the operations product vision: Shape and drive the strategic roadmap for how FINN's fulfillment layer runs at scale, establishing clear OKRs that directly move the needle on company growth and unit economics.

  • Bridge the gap between Tech and Field Operations: Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of engineering, design, and data to ensure software products seamlessly land and succeed with operators in the field.

  • Maximize data self-service and throughput: Formulate performance hypotheses, pull and analyze your own process data using platforms like Looker, and use metrics to consistently pressure-test operational efficiency.

  • Must-have:
  • Extensive operational product track record: Deep, proven experience in product management with a strong record of owning fulfillment, supply chain, internal tooling, or logistics products at scale.
  • Deep process & commercial acumen: Solid understanding of real-world physical operations (e.g., automotive, warehousing, fulfillment, or last-mile) coupled with strong instincts for unit economics and logistics throughput.
  • Data-driven analytical capabilities: Highly proficient in analytical data self-service, with a natural habit of pulling your own data, building hypotheses, and navigating platforms like Looker (or similar analytics tools).
  • Impact-driven cross-functional communicator: Outstanding communication and alignment skills in English, with a strong ability to break down complex issues into actionable steps and take total end-to-end ownership of outcomes.
  • Nice-to-have:
  • German language proficiency: Professional fluency or strong communication skills in German to optimize collaboration with local compound and logistics partners.
  • AI-native workflow integration: Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools within your daily discovery, documentation, and product execution routines to maximize speed and quality.
  • Shared Success (VSOP Equity Program): We win together. Through our Virtual Stock Option Program, you benefit directly from the long-term growth and success of FINN.

  • Fuel your Growth (1.500€ Development Budget): Standing still is not an option. With an annual development budget of 1.500€ for further training and seminars, you decide how you want to grow personally and professionally.

  • Family First (Childcare Subsidy & Flexibility): We support you and your family. Benefit from a monthly childcare subsidy, exclusive access to daycare spots in Munich, and maximum flexibility to balance work and family life stress-free.

  • Company Pension Scheme (bAV): We think about your future. FINN subsidizes your company pension plan with a strong employer contribution of 66%.

  • Experience our Product (25% Car Subscription Discount): Become a FINN driver yourself! You will receive a generous employee discount of 25% on your car subscription or can alternatively take advantage of our attractive bike leasing scheme.

  • Health & Mindset (Sports & Wellbeing): Your energy is our drive. Benefit from a subsidized EGYM Wellpass membership for fitness and sports, as well as professional mental health support.

  • Munich Office Life: Barista-style coffee, matcha, and the legendary fruit basket await you at our modern headquarters in Munich. On top of that, there is a daily allowance for your lunch (lunch subsidy).

  • Team Spirit & Corporate Events: We are more than just colleagues. Whether it's summer events by the lake or simply a relaxed after-work drink. We celebrate our milestones together at regular team events.
  • FINN is Germany’s leading car subscription platform and one of the country's few unicorns in the mobility sector. With over 400 colleagues from more than 50 nations, we are building the future of mobility and making access to your own car more seamless than ever before.

What truly makes us proud, however, isn’t just the numbers, but what lies behind them: our strong team drive, the will to challenge the status quo, and the ambition to make a real difference.
