Your Role
As a Senior Product Manager - B2B Used Car Marketplace (m/f/x), you will own the full product lifecycle and strategic roadmap for our high-impact B2B used car business. You will shape how dealerships source vehicles through FINN's proprietary marketplace, scale our Remarketing-as-a-Service product for large fleet owners, and architect the automated defleeting and operations layer between them. Bridging tech and physical asset management, your work directly accelerates vehicle velocity, maximizes margins, and builds a frictionless B2B platform that powers FINN’s hyper-growth story.
  • Own the remarketing product vision: Define and drive the roadmap for our dealer marketplace, Remarketing-as-a-Service software, internal sales tooling, and defleeting engine.
  • Balance marketplace dynamics: Seamlessly manage and align the competing requirements of supply-side fleet partners and demand-side dealership buyers.
  • Map real-world B2B workflows: Deeply engage with external clients and internal operators to translate complex automotive, logistics, and fleet operations into scalable software features.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment: Foster high-tempo collaboration and lead alignment across Engineering, Sales, Finance, Operations, and executive leadership.
  • Scale efficiency and automation: Partner closely with engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-impact automation that slashes process duration and improves partner experience.
  • Leverage data-driven discovery: Establish quantitative frameworks and use platform data to constantly discover, validate, and prioritize the highest-leverage growth opportunities.
  • Proven B2B platform product experience: Deep, trackable experience in B2B product management, specifically owning complex product lifecycles for marketplaces, platforms, or internal operations tooling.
  • Lean & entrepreneurial execution: An entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to independently own outcomes end-to-end, manage diverse stakeholders, and thrive within fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  • Data-driven analytical mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with the natural habit of using data and data self-service to drive decisions, formulate product hypotheses, and pressure-test results.
  • Bilingual professional fluency: Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with full professional fluency in both English and German to effectively align technical partners, executives, and local B2B clients.
  • Nice-to-have: 
  • Automotive, fleet, or logistics background: Domain expertise in automotive software, vehicle remarketing, defleeting, last-mile logistics, or large-scale fleet management.
  • AI-native workflow integration: Demonstrated ability to actively leverage AI tools within your daily product discovery and execution workflows to maximize quality and delivery speed.
