SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Ashland, OH.

What We Offer

✓Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
✓Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
✓Support families through parent training and consistent communication

  • 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities

  • A passion for helping children grow and succeed

  • Reliable transportation to client homes in Ashland, OH
