Finni Health is seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic, mission-driven team!
At Common Ground Learning, we provide high-quality ABA services to neurodivergent individuals ages 1–18 across Boise and the Treasure Valley. Our work is rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and a deep commitment to helping each learner thrive.

Requirements

Current BCBA certification through the BACB
In-home ABA experience required
Background in early childhood development and education
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and the Progressive approach
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide in-home and community-based services
