Early Childhood Behavior Technician (Full-Time or Part-Time) – Ontario, OH SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking high-energy, playful, and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to children with autism.
Be a Play-Maker: Work 1:1 with children in a clinic or in-home setting. You aren't just "monitoring"—you are actively playing, moving, and engaging a child to help them meet their goals.
The "Spark": You are energetic, patient, and comfortable being "silly" to engage a child. Experience: Previous experience working with children (daycare, camp counselor, teaching, coaching, or similar) is required.
