Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA)

Elemental ABA provides in-home and community-based services for children ages 2–10.

  Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• →

  Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs

• →

  Deliver parent/caregiver training and collaboration

  Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments

  Work closely with a small, supportive clinical team

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification

• Active LBA in Illinois (preferred)

• Passion for child-centered, compassionate ABA

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with early intervention preferred

• Ability to pass a background check (as required by funding sources)

• Active CPR certification (or willingness to obtain — support provided)

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
