Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques

Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)
- →
Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team

Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors
- →
Build genuine relationships with kids and families
10-15 hours/week (Afternoons/Evenings)
Additional morning and afternoon hours available
Flexible scheduling to work around school or other commitments
Requirements

40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date)
Previous experience working with children
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids
