This is a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM position, providing consistency, work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.

  Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) that support student success.

  Deliver engaging, evidence-based instruction tailored to each student's learning style and needs.

• →

  Collaborate with BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), therapists, and families to promote student growth.

• →

  Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on data and ongoing assessments.

• →

  Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.

• →

  Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.

• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities preferred.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• Passion for helping children build independence and confidence.
