Objectives of this role / About the job:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to be part of our growth marketing team and drive our company's growth and performance initiatives. As the Growth & Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for contributing the developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies, optimizing customer acquisition and retention, and maximizing marketing performance across various channels. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, enhancing the customer experience, and achieving marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth & Performance Marketing:
Develop and implement growth and performance marketing strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase revenue, and optimize marketing performance. Identify growth opportunities, target customer segments, and develop data-driven strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
Oversee and optimize digital marketing channels, both inbound and outbound, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising. Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing spend.
Optimize customer acquisition and retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract, convert, and retain target customers. Identify and optimize customer acquisition funnels, implement personalized marketing tactics, and design customer retention programs to maximize customer lifetime value.
2. Data Driven Marketing:
Data-driven decision-making: Leverage marketing analytics, customer data, and performance metrics to make informed decisions and drive marketing effectiveness. Use data insights to identify customer trends, preferences, and behaviors, and develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices: Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in growth and performance marketing. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate, experiment with new strategies, and apply emerging technologies to gain a competitive edge.
3. Collaboration:
Lead and mentor the growth & performance marketing team: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, set clear goals and expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and identify opportunities for professional development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product development, sales, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Collaborate on product launches, pricing strategies, and customer experience initiatives to drive growth and enhance the customer journey.
4. Budget management and performance analysis:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to drive maximum ROI. Conduct thorough performance analysis, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Optimize marketing spend based on data-driven insights.
Skills & Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven work experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar specialist role.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a track record of driving growth and achieving marketing objectives.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and performance marketing tactics, including SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to related stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
- Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the technology industry or a related field is a plus.
