About the Role

We are expanding our embedded wallet business across EMEA, following our acquisition of Dynamic, the market leader of non-custodial wallet infrastructure powering companies like Circle, Kraken, Rain, Stripe, Papaya Global, Lighter, and Magic Eden.  Embedded wallets are having a breakout moment - enterprises across banking, payments, fintech, trading, and broader corporates are actively exploring how to embed digital asset functionality into their offerings and this role sits at the center of that demand.

You will own new business acquisition and expansion of Dynamic across EMEA, while working in close partnership within the broader Fireblocks EMEA sales organization as well as the Dynamic team itself.  This is not a maintenance role - it is a built, hunt, and win role with significant ownership, autonomy, and upside.  You’ll operate with the speed and accountability of a lean, high impact team like Dynamic backed by the full scale and enterprise execution power of Fireblocks.  If you want to do the best work of your career and materially influence enterprise adoption of digital assets, this is that role.

  • Owning and executing the Dynamic sales motion across EMEA prospects and customers, spanning verticals from fintech to payments to crypto-native customers
  • Driving net new and expansion opportunities by partnering closely with Fireblocks’ EMEA sales and client facing teams
  • Closing complex enterprise deals from first conversation through contract execution
  • Becoming an expert of all things embedded wallets and non-custodial wallet infrastructure, to act as a trusted advisor for prospects and customers
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline in a large greenfield market of prospects and customers
  • Prospecting, territory, and account planning
  • Updating and maintaining the Fireblocks CRM
  • At least 3 years of strong enterprise SaaS sales experience, especially from fintech, payments, cybersecurity, or web3.
  • Successful sales track record for hunting, creating demand, and closing ARR
  • Strong ownership mindset - you bring excitement, urgency, and price in building success across a wide territory that is seeing massive growth potential
  • Experience closing large complex deals and can speak to times you’ve built large deals while multi-threading effectively across technical, compliance, and executive stakeholders
  • Curiosity, grit, and desire to build something meaningful beyond just carrying a quota - this is an important role where we’re looking for future leaders 
  • Deep knowledge from relevant verticals, especially across financial services, cybersecurity, or digital assets.
  • An understanding of blockchain technology and personal belief in its long term positive impact on global financial systems
  • A willingness to prospect and hustle in order to achieve ambitious targets in line with the rest of our sales organization’s culture
  • Highly collaborative and team oriented - success in this role depends on being able to partner effectively across various internal teams and winning together
  • Fluent in English and comfortable having some overlap with US time zones
