As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping data-informed decisions by applying your expertise in data modeling, analysis, and effective communication. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, where you'll manage multiple initiatives and collaborate closely with analysts, product teams, and business stakeholders while working with advanced technologies, including AI-driven tools and systems.

Responsibilities

→Partner with stakeholders to define clear KPIs that reflect both product health and performance as well as company goals.
→Translate business needs into actionable analytical solutions through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
→Work with Data Engineers and AI specialists to build scalable, consistent data models that enable deeper insights, including applications such as ranking systems, customer segmentation, and agent-driven automation.
→Perform thorough data analysis to uncover trends, inform strategy, and deliver recommendations that enhance growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
→Present insights in a clear and professional manner to support decision-making across the organization.

5+ years of experience in product analytics, ideally within a product company, with the ability to independently lead end-to-end analytical initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including statistical methods, predictive modeling, and high attention to detail.
Proven ability to build scalable data models and work cross-functionally, supporting business units with data-driven insights, including the use of AI-driven tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau -advantage).
Background in fintech or financial services -advantage.
Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to work independently as part of a global team.
