As an Estimate Writer, you can expect --

 

Paid training on best practices to provide professional window cleaning estimates to prospects. You’ll gain hands-on experience that will help you for years to come with the guidance of a mentor and other members of our team. The skills and experience gained from this position will set you worlds apart from the applicants in the sales industry. 

 

 

•     Territory will include: Hampton, Newport News, York County, Poquoson, James City County, Williamsburg  (no residential)
 •     Goal of at least 20 estimates a day

•     Learn the ins and outs of cold call selling - estimate writing

•     Set and achieve goals - weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly

•     Learn and apply sales techniques

 

 

•     Strong self-motivation

•     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

•     Must have a working mobile smartphone 

•     Valid driver’s license, valid car insurance and reliable transportation 

 

 

•     Weekly pay

•     Paid for the number of leads written PLUS commission on closed opportunities

•     Opportunity to develop into a full-time sales position

•     Flexible schedule

•     This is a great part-time role for primary caretakers, college students and gig workers
