Since 2018, Fish Window Cleaning has been the go-to team for homes and businesses throughout the Birmingham area. We're growing and looking to add 1–2 people to our crew. You don't need any prior experience in the trade — we care more about attitude than resume.

Never touched a squeegee? No problem. No certifications, no degree required. If you're willing to learn, we'll handle the training.

What you'll actually be doing

Cleaning windows, screens, and tracks for residential customers and small businesses
The vast majority of jobs are done from the ground; ladder work comes up occasionally, and we train you on it fully
Riding out to job sites in a company vehicle
Talking with customers and leaving every job looking sharp

What you'll be paid

$16/hour to start, covering your first ~2 weeks of training
After that, pay shifts to a performance-based structure — most techs settle into $18–22/hour
Techs with experience under their belt often clear $25+/hour
Paychecks land every other week

Your schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, roughly 6:30 AM–3:30 PM
Zero evening or weekend shifts, period
We work through most weather — you'll always know ahead of time what to expect on the job

What we need from you

Valid driver's license and a reasonably clean driving history
Comfortable getting on a ladder now and then
Can lift around 50 lbs and stay active on your feet all day
Shows up on time, every time
At least 18 years old
