• →Work with department managers to overcome current hardships and challenging customers.
• →Prepare monthly summaries to be reviewed with department managers.
• →Always encourage a team oriented environment by maintaining a positive attitude, being helpful and having an upbeat personality.

• 3-5 years of customer service experience
• A passionate desire for great customer service and good moral compass
• An extreme ability to keep organized
• Strong social skills and writing skills
• Ability to empathize but also have confrontational conversations
• Instill a hospitality culture to the automotive industry
