Are you a tech-savvy individual who is passionate about process improvement and eager to build a career at the intersection of business operations and technology? Our RevOps GTM (Go-To-Market) team is looking for a driven and quick-learning junior analyst to become a subject matter expert in our sales systems and processes.
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a critical role in shaping the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization. You will work directly with a manager focused on strategic initiatives, taking ownership of essential day-to-day tasks while growing into a key technical resource for the entire department. If you love to solve puzzles, re-imagine how things are done, and want to build expertise in Salesforce, related sales tools and DocuSign CLM, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage and execute daily operational tasks, including updates to DocuSign CLM intake forms and agreement templates (e.g., Service Orders, Amendments, Master Agreement, etc.).
- →Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for process changes and enhancements in Salesforce (Accounts, Opportunities) and Salesforce CPQ (Products, Quoting).
- →Partner with the various GTM Ops Teams to identify, solution, and implement process improvements across our end-to-end sales lifecycle.
- →Act as a key liaison between the GTM Ops Teams and our technical IT partners, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- →Develop a deep understanding of our sales processes and become the go-to technical subject matter expert (SME) for the business on tools like Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and DocuSign CLM.
- →Support strategic projects aimed at enhancing our sales technology stack and operational workflows.
- A strong desire and demonstrated ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
- A natural technical aptitude and the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to tackling new challenges.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (CPQ) and/or DocuSign CLM
Preferred Experience (A big plus, but not required):
- Salesforce Admin and/or Developer experience
This is a full-time, paid internship. The program runs 11 weeks with the opportunity to start in early or mid June. This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office.
