In this key role, you will lead hiring for both technical and non-technical roles in our growing India operations, acting as a trusted advisor and partner to hiring managers.

• →Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• →Source, attract, and engage top talent while building strong talent pipelines for future needs.
• →Build trusted, long-term relationships with hiring managers and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
• →Develop strategic job plans and advise managers on sourcing strategies.
• →Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• →Support regional recruitment initiatives and lead pre-onboarding activities for new hires.
• →Recommend process improvements, new sourcing strategies, and tools to enhance recruitment efficiency.

• Experience: Min 5+ to 10 years in recruitment, preferably within technology companies, with full-cycle recruiting expertise.
• Proven success in sourcing, hiring, and closing top talent efficiently.
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for global collaboration.
• Ability to work flexibly to interact with US-based teams and across multiple time zones.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Ability to improve workflows, implement better processes, and lead recruitment initiatives.
• Collaborative, proactive, and a team player.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
