About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
The Deal Desk Analyst is a crucial member of the global Deal Desk team responsible for ensuring quotes and contracts adhere to company standards while helping to increase efficiencies and deal velocity. The right person is comfortable with a high volume of transactions as well as working with complex business processes. Candidates should also have experience working directly with the sales organization and excellent customer service skills. Teamwork, collaboration and attention to detail are critical to the success of the right candidate.
This is a full-time position based out of our Costa Rica office.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage quote and contract approval workflows for pricing, discounts and special terms for the sales teams using Deal Desk established guidelines and company best practices.
- →Provide guidance to Account Executives on quoting in order to meet internal guidelines and maximize operational efficiencies
- →Own Salesforce Case resolution for quoting, pricing and contracting inquiries.
- →Maintain an agreed upon Service level agreement (SLA) on approvals and deal review times.
- →Perform month-end and quarter-end closing activities to ensure completeness and accuracy of contracts, order forms and other document review and reporting.
- →Participate in training activities for new quote and contracting processes for the sales organization.
- →Identify and support process improvement efforts to streamline current procedures.
- →Cross-train with other Deal Desk functions to provide global coverage of quote, contracting and order management functions.
- →Act as a liaison for sellers between multiple groups (ie: sales ops, finance, product, sales leadership, legal) to help facilitate timely and accurate deal closure.
- Experience using Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ required
- Experience with a high volume of transactions and working directly with sales teams in a supportive capacity
- Proven success in SaaS/B2B Industry, Deal Desk, Sales Operations and/or Order Management supporting commercial and enterprise customers/prospects
- Expertise in navigating complex business process requirements and extreme attention to detail
- Prior Deal Desk, Sales Operations or Order Management experience required
- Ability to work extended hours at end of month and end of quarter
- Experience with Ironclad or comparable CLM software preferable
- Ability to work independently in fast paced environment while also embracing a very collaborative Deal Desk team
