• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or channel-led growth
• A strong track record of building and scaling partnerships in financial services
• Confidence engaging and influencing senior and C-suite stakeholders
• Commercial acumen with the resilience to open doors others can’t
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, growth-focused environments
• Understanding of partnership models (e.g. platform, API, white-label)
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
