The Finance Analyst will support our cost transparency platform (Apptio) and work closely with the Product Manager to drive initiatives around IT financial management and business engagement within the Global Capability Centre (GCC).

This role will be instrumental in supporting improvements in cost allocation, financial reporting, data accuracy, and stakeholder collaboration across the technology and finance landscape.

Collect, validate, and cleanse data from multiple sources for ingestion into the Apptio TBM platform
Maintain and enhance data quality within financial management platforms, including Apptio TBM
Ensure accurate data integration from financial, operational, and asset systems
Support monthly and quarterly cost allocation processes
Monitor and improve data quality and reporting accuracy
Develop and maintain cost models that reflect business consumption
Partner with Finance and Technology teams to ensure alignment on cost drivers
Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritise enhancements
Communicate complex financial data in a clear and actionable manner
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards
Other ad-hoc duties as required

2+ years’ experience in similar finance analyst roles
Strong Excel skills
Exposure to AI tools
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
Finance or accounting qualification preferred
