About the Role

Design, develop, and optimize advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric

Ensure BI solutions are intuitive, efficient, and tailored to stakeholder needs

Leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Claude Code) to accelerate development and automate workflows

Develop and refine prompts to generate accurate outputs from AI tools for analytics and reporting

Conduct deep data analysis to uncover trends and deliver actionable business insights

Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries within relational databases
-
Apply AI-assisted coding tools to improve efficiency and accelerate development

Collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs and present data-driven insights clearly

Generate impactful data narratives, including AI-assisted summaries and reports

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Analyst

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
-
Solid SQL experience and working knowledge of relational databases
-
Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar
-
Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and best practices
-
Strong analytical skills with experience working on complex datasets
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
-
Experience in the corporate travel industry is considered an asset
