Join our Professional Development team and help shape the next generation of leaders across FCTG's Leisure brands. Working closely with operational leaders and key stakeholders, you'll design and deliver impactful leadership development experiences that build capability, drive performance, and support our growth ambitions. This role combines facilitation, coaching, program design, and stakeholder partnership, with the opportunity to influence leaders at every stage of their journey.

  • Design and deliver leadership development programs across all leadership levels, from emerging leaders through to senior leaders.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops, coaching sessions, conferences, virtual learning, and blended learning experiences.
  • Partner with Area Leaders, Nation Leaders, and key stakeholders to identify capability needs and deliver targeted development solutions.
  • Create bespoke leadership programs aligned to business, brand, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Coach leaders to embed sustainable leadership behaviours and practices that drive performance.
  • Manage end-to-end program delivery, including logistics, systems, enrolments, communications, and reporting.
  • Apply capability frameworks and psychometric tools to support leadership development and coaching outcomes.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback, insights, and reporting, driving continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of leadership learning content, resources, and tools.
  • Collaborate with the wider Professional Development and People &Culture teams to build leadership capability across the business.
  • 3-5+ years' experience in leadership, facilitation, learning & development, or people capability roles.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs to leaders at multiple levels, both in-person and virtually.
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders across complex or geographically dispersed teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within FCTG or a comparable retail, travel, or service-based environment.
  • Familiarity with leadership frameworks, capability models, and psychometric assessment tools.
  • Strong organisational skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with learning design and delivery tools such as Canva, Articulate, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment, DiSC/HBDI/MBTI certification, or related qualifications highly regarded.
