The opportunity

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Team Leader, you'll use your skills in accurate reporting and analysis to interpret the numbers and give insightful recommendations. Explaining what the numbers mean in simple, clear terms will be key to your success. You'll join a team of high performers who rely on collaboration, adaptability and continuous improvement to achieve market-leading outcomes.

This is a genuine seat inside the business. You'll directly influence a brand's numbers by partnering with GMs and finance business partners, and you'll be in the room when the commercial calls get made. We trust you to run your own work, so you won't be watched over or measured by the hours you clock, you'll be measured by the quality of what you deliver and the calls you help the business make. About you

You're an energetic, customer-centric finance professional and a commercial thinker. Naturally curious, comfortable building relationships across all levels of management, and genuinely interested in what the data is telling the business. You're proactive, you manage deadlines well, and you'll think outside the box to solve a complex problem.
