With offices in the UK, US and Singapore, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding service to all our guests from the moment they begin their research online, right the way through to post-vacation evaluations.
To provide full administrative support to the Product Team and Sales team to ensure that our product is kept up to date, relevant, and accurate. Inclusive of effectively communicating product information to the wider business to maximise revenue opportunities and the guest experience. This role will predominantly be working on our Asia and Africa product.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Maintaining the consistency and accuracy of all products within your geographic area
- →Responsibility for adding all new products such as hotels, experiences, offers, flights, transfers and uploading offers to our system
- →Day to day product support of sales team to ensure efficiency and maximise sales opportunities
- →Producing training, tools and resources such as templates for sales teams
- →Providing overall support to DMs
- →Effective communication with sales teams and the wider business
- →Working towards the product strategy on larger projects as directed
- →Excellent attention to detail
- →Proven time management skills
- →Ability to prioritise tasks
- →Ability to take initiative
- →Competency with Systems and Databases
- →Adaptable, a fast learner
- →A good team player
- →Knowledge of Asia and Africa beneficial but can be learned

We aim to find someone who would be office based in our London, Hammersmith office.
