At Discova, great travel experiences start with strong products, trusted supplier partnerships, and accurate information.

We are looking for a Product & Contracting Coordinator to support our product management, supplier contracting, product information, costing, and product development.

You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain accurate product information, support competitive pricing, develop new product opportunities, and ensure products are ready for market in line with Discova standards.

 

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day product sourcing, supplier management, and contracting activities.

• Maintain supplier contracts, rates, product content, and supporting documentation in accordance with Discova standards.

• Coordinate product, content, and rate updates in Tourplan to ensure accurate and timely product information.

• Support product research, benchmarking, supplier sourcing, and new product development.

• Assist with costing, pricing updates, and commercial analysis to support competitive and profitable products.

• Provide timely support to suppliers and internal teams, resolving product, supplier, and contract-related enquiries.

• Coordinate supplier inspections, FAM trips, and product site visits with relevant teams.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and speed to market.

• Bachelor's Degree or at least 1 year's experience in Travel, Product, Contracting, or a related field.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Experience working with suppliers, product management, contracting, or travel operations is an advantage.

• Strong communication, relationship management, organisational, and time management skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Tourplan or similar travel systems is an advantage.

• Personally aligned with Discova's purpose and values.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing details, and turning information into action.

You are organised, commercially aware, and comfortable coordinating with both suppliers and internal teams. You take ownership, solve problems proactively, and enjoy helping products move efficiently from development to market.

Success in this role requires someone who can balance attention to detail with commercial thinking, build strong relationships, and keep multiple priorities moving in a fast-paced travel environment.
