Product Designer Vietnam

The Product Designer develops innovative travel products to suit the needs of current and prospective clients. Aware of new customer trends and emerging opportunities the designer will provide insight and product development direction so the product offering at Discova leads the market. The designer will know the Discova product range inside out and be able to quickly address any gaps in the portfolio. Possessing strong commercial acumen, the designer must ensure products are both competitively priced and highly profitable. Sitting at an integral cross-section, the position will be expected to fully realize the company’s strategic vision by ensuring that Discova’s authentic, local, and experiential product range stands out from the competition.

• Design and develop innovative, commercially competitive travel products, including experiences, day tours, and multi-day itineraries.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer segmentation to continuously optimize the product portfolio.
• Manage the full product lifecycle and collaborate with internal teams to ensure products meet client needs, market trends, and brand standards.

• Support high-value client proposals, tenders, and key account renewals through effective product selection and itinerary development.
• Present and promote Discova products to sales teams and agents, delivering product training and ensuring proposals are of a consistently high standard.
• Work closely with overseas sales teams and key partners to enhance product offerings, pricing, and overall commercial performance.

• Maintain accurate product information, contracts, pricing, content, and documentation in line with company standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely product updates, system loading, and product availability.
• Monitor product quality, safety, and data accuracy while ensuring core products are properly maintained and accessible for sales and operational teams.

• A Bachelor degree or 5 years experience in product development and management.
• Comprehensive travel industry and Discova destination knowledge.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Extensive travel to or in our destinations or prior experience living in them in is a plus.

• Well-developed problem-solving skill
• Customer centric with commitment to high standards of service delivery
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong commercial acumen and analytics
