You will act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, working closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, intuitive solutions.

Facilitate business requirements gathering activities and user story mapping sessions.
Analyse business requirements, systems, processes, technical solutions, and performance outcomes.
Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
Define detailed product requirement documents that support scalable and intuitive solutions.
Document business and functional requirements through stakeholder consultation and analysis.
Work closely with engineers, solution architects, product owners, and test teams to deliver platform enhancements and bug fixes.
Identify and document business processes, business rules, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.
Assist with the configuration and development of system enhancements and innovation initiatives.
Collaborate with business teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements.
Facilitate planning workshops and act as a liaison between business, technology, and support teams.
Identify opportunities for process optimisation and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation including user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, business process maps, and requirement specifications.
Present research findings, business cases, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Analyse solution options, evaluate business impact, and recommend practical outcomes.
Use Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence to support delivery and documentation activities.
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

Minimum 5+ years' experience in Technical Business Analysis
Strong business analysis capability including solution definition, impact analysis, business process mapping, reporting, and problem resolution
Pro active experience using AI Tools
Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and communication skills
Experience working across the software development lifecycle
Experience using Atlassian Suite tools including Jira and Confluence
Experience producing story maps, workflow diagrams, use cases, and requirements documentation
Agile software development experience highly regarded
Experience working with external vendors and suppliers advantageous
End-to-end development process knowledge advantageous
Digital or integration platform experience preferred but not essential
