What you will do:
- Consulting and selling amazing travel experiences to our customers
- Service phone and email enquiry via our CRM platform (Salesforce) within agreed timelines
- Attend regular training sessions for all aspects of the role – systems, land product, and updates from suppliers
- Work within a global team to achieve sales targets and incentives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, suppliers and product managers
- Work towards individual and team KPIs to build business and incentives
What you will need:
- Minimum 12 months experience in a Wholesale or Retail travel industry role

You will have a demonstrated ability to hit KPIs in a previous role
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Exceptional customer service

Destination knowledge/recent travel experience to our main selling destinations (South Pacific, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, North America etc). Travel experience is preferred but not essential, but at least a strong understanding and knowledge of the regions.

Previous experience working in a call centre environment using CRM software (Salesforce) is preferred but not essential
