At Floor Coverings International, we bring the flooring showroom directly to our customers’ homes. Using our Mobile Flooring Showroom, you’ll guide homeowners through flooring options, help them visualize their new space, and deliver a seamless project experience from consultation to installation.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys consultative sales, design conversations, relationship building, and a flexible schedule that rewards hard work.

What You’ll Do
  •  Conduct in-home design and sales consultations 
  •  Build trust with customers and guide them through flooring selections 
  •  Recommend solutions that balance style, function, and budget 
  •  Close sales by clearly presenting value and options 
  •  Manage proposals, follow-ups, and project details 
  •  Partner with the team to ensure a seamless installation experience 
  •  Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships 
What Success Looks Like
  •  45%+ close rate on appointments 
  •  Consistent 5-star customer reviews 
  •  Strong referral and repeat business pipeline 
  •  Profitable projects and happy customers 
Who You Are
  •  2+ years of sales experience in flooring, interior design, or construction preferred 
  •  Strong communicator who can build trust quickly 
  •  Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated 
  •  Comfortable working independently and using technology 
  •  Valid driver’s license

  • $50,000 draw + uncapped commission (6-figure potential)

About Greg:
Greg has been growing his Floor Coverings International business since 2023 and is excited to welcome another team member into his business family. He has been happily married for 38 years to his wife, a dedicated registered nurse, and they have three adult daughters. Greg brings a wealth of leadership experience to his role—serving 14 years in the Army Artillery Reserves retiring at the rank of Major and spending 25 years as a Vice President of Sales for three Fortune 100 companies.

His business is guided by the motto: "Integrity above all else." That principle shows up in everything his team does. They work hard, deliver on their promises, and consistently go above and beyond for their customers.
