The Senior Manager, Marketing ANZ is responsible for the development and execution of a regional wide marketing strategy, plan, and program that delivers the volume and quality of pipeline contribution required to achieve the company’s overall business objectives for the ANZ region.
This role is focused on driving brand, demand, pull through, and customer advocacy to grow FloQast in key Australia and New Zealand. This role will develop and execute a region-wide marketing strategy and programs that target both prospects and customers to increase customer acquisition, support pipeline growth, and impact revenue.
The role will be responsible for managing and developing the ANZ regional marketing team charged with brand development, region wide thought leadership, public relations, demand generation and customer advocacy.
The role will require a close working relationship and partnership with the regional sales and partner team leads, global marketing team, and other regional managers and vendors to identify, prioritize, and close gaps in performance while proactively exploiting new growth opportunities as they arise.
This role is hybrid based, 3-4 days per week in our Sydney office.Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this time.
You will lead the field marketing strategy, ensuring marketing investment directly supports regional revenue objectives.
You will:
Develop and execute the integrated field marketing strategy
Translate global campaigns into locally relevant programs that resonate with finance and accounting leaders
Identify the right mix of events, campaigns, account-based initiatives, and digital engagement to drive pipeline growth
Continuously refine strategy based on performance insights, market dynamics, and sales feedback
Your focus will be ensuring marketing consistently drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline across the region.
You will manage the commercial and operational performance of marketing.
You will:
Manage and allocate the regional field marketing budget
Prioritize investments based on expected pipeline and revenue impact
Track program performance and marketing contribution to pipeline
Provide clear reporting and insights to marketing and sales leadership
This role requires strong commercial ownership and accountability for marketing investment and outcomes.
You will:
Work closely with regional Sales leadership to align marketing strategy with commercial priorities
Develop programs that support account engagement and accelerate deal cycles
Ensure marketing-generated engagement translates into pipeline opportunities
Maintain regular communication with sales leaders on program impact and performance
Your success will be closely tied to the success of the regional sales teams.
Events remain a powerful channel for engaging finance and accounting leaders.
You will:
Define and execute the regional event strategy
Deliver high-impact experiences including industry conferences, hosted events, and executive roundtables
Manage vendors, agencies, and event execution across multiple markets
Ensure events are aligned to pipeline objectives and measurable outcomes
Travel across the region will be required to support key programs.
You will ensure FloQast’s digital presence reflects the needs and success stories of the region.
You will:
Partner with global teams to optimize the regional website experience and buyer journey
Ensure campaigns are supported by relevant localized content and assets
Drive the development of regional customer stories and proof points
Work with Sales and Customer Success to surface compelling customer success stories from the region
Partner with digital agencies to set the strategy
This ensures buyers see clear evidence of FloQast’s success within their market.
You are a self-starter, and passionate about being a strong contributor to a team
You operate well as a team oriented and collaborative member of a matrixed organizational structure
You are self-motivated, energetic and a data-driven marketer with a love of building high performing teams
You thrive in a fast-paced, start-up, goal-oriented business environment
4 year degree or equivalency
Accounting background and experience a plus, but not required
Demonstrated background in adopting and implementing global campaigns at a regional level, with a track record of exceptional achievement in regional marketing for SaaS based B2B companies
Demonstrated success in managing global-regional demand generation programs using a metric-driven approach and a mindset of continuous optimization
Proven ability to create successful content and campaign materials beyond product collaterals
Strong understanding of digital marketing (PPC, SEO, email, social) fundamentals
Experience managing and developing a team of direct reports
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools and with Hubspot or other marketing automation tools highly preferred.
