About the Company

At Flow, we’re reimagining what it means to live, work, and connect. More than just a real estate company, Flow is a brand, a technology platform, and an operations ecosystem spanning condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. We’re building a new kind of living experience: one that’s flexible, connected, and designed to create genuine community and real value for the people who call Flow home.

Our mission is oneness:  prioritizing our residents and their experiences, and fostering connection with ourselves, their neighbors, and the natural world. By putting people at the center of everything we do, we’re creating vibrant, human-centered communities where life, work, creativity, and play all come together in one place.

About the Role

~3 min read

As Flow’s Director of Business Development, you’ll be at the forefront of building and scaling our B2B partnerships — bringing bold ideas, trusted relationships, and new opportunities to our properties. You’ll tap into your network of businesses and organizations seeking housing, office space, relocation, event solutions, or advertising opportunities, helping Flow grow its footprint in untapped markets. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves to build, sell, and lead teams that turn big opportunities into lasting partnerships.

We believe our team is better together. Every position at Flow has an onsite or in-office requirement.
  • Lead Flow’s enterprise sales strategy, driving large-scale housing, office space and partnership opportunities that expand our brand footprint across corporate, relocation, and event markets.

  • Hunt, cultivate, and close strategic partnership opportunities that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term business value.

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with corporate housing providers, online travel agencies, event groups, relocation companies, and other large-scale partners.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market expansion plans, revenue strategies, and account segmentation frameworks to achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets.

  • Oversee deal structuring, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions, ensuring partnerships deliver mutual long-term value.

  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and revenue management to align sales initiatives with company objectives and deliver seamless partner experiences.

  • Establish and manage performance metrics, reporting, and forecasting processes to drive accountability and data-informed decision making.

  • Act as Flow’s ambassador to key enterprise clients, ensuring world-class service, timely issue resolution, and sustained relationship growth.

  • Continuously monitor market trends, customer feedback, and industry shifts to identify new growth opportunities and refine strategies.

  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management within hospitality, real estate, or travel sectors.

  • Proven success leading sales teams and driving multi-million-dollar B2B revenue growth.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale new business verticals or markets from early-stage development to sustained growth.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Deep understanding of sales pipeline management, enterprise deal cycles, and performance forecasting.

  • Familiarity with housing distribution channels, and hospitality technology is a plus.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where strategy and execution go hand-in-hand.

  • Benefits

We take care of our people so they can do their best work.
