Experienced Trader

Flow Traders is looking for experienced Traders to join our growing teams in various asset classes, including Equity, Fixed Income, Digital Assets, FX and Commodities at our Amsterdam office. The ideal candidate exhibits in depth knowledge in trading along with a passion for the financial markets. • →Formulate quantitative and automated trading strategies
• →Manage and optimize your intraday trading positions together with your team
• →Focus on technical improvements on the desk while also automating various daily processes
• →Manage trading positions and ensure essential information is captured accurately
• →Identify new opportunities and products that align with Flow Traders growth strategy

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in market making and/or quantitative trading 
• In depth knowledge in trading Equity, Fixed Income, Digital Assets, FX or Commodities
• University Degree, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, Finance, or related
• Excellent mental arithmetic and analytical skills
• Competitive, entrepreneurial and able to deliver under pressure
• A distinct ability to spot arising opportunities and the assertiveness to seize them
