At Fluxon, we believe that how you build matters as much as what you build. We help businesses navigate their most important technology decisions with confidence, and take responsibility for seeing them through. Founded by ex-Googlers and startup veterans, we’re proud to partner with teams behind some of the most ambitious products, including Open AI, Anthropic, Stripe, Walmart and Google.

Our work spans strategy, design, and engineering — often in complex, AI-driven environments — where clarity, speed and quality are the standard. We use AI intentionally, applying it only where it adds real value and expands what’s possible. Care shapes everything we do.

Inside Fluxon, you’ll find a global, remote-first team of experienced builders, who are curious, kind and serious about their craft. We’re building a place where people can take ownership, solve problems that matter and do work they’re proud to stand behind. If you want to do your best work alongside people who care as much as you do, you’ll feel at home here.

Many of our team members call the San Francisco Bay Area home, but this role is fully remote across Canada.

About the Role

~2 min read

Fluxon is a culture-driven, dynamic software consulting company, and this Lead Talent Partner role is about as "choose your own adventure" as recruiting gets. You'll have real ownership over how hiring works across the Americas — with huge room to shape the role, the process, and the impact you make.

We're looking for someone who's excited to own the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, while staying organized, motivated, and genuinely invested in helping candidates reach their potential.

As Lead Talent Partner, you'll:

  • Lead full cycle recruitment across the Americas — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring for senior technical roles across teams including Product Management and Engineering
  • Quickly build high-trust relationships across the company and with hiring managers — including at the Director level — positioning yourself as a true partner in their hiring decisions, not just a service that fills reqs
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, whether you're writing candidate outreach or briefing senior stakeholders
  • Build recruiting plans and strategy that grow our candidate pool for current and future hiring needs
  • Proactively source passive candidates across major job platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team to create the best possible candidate experience throughout the recruiting process and onboarding
  • Track the metrics that actually predict good hires — not just fill rate, but quality and speed of process
  • Take ownership of how we improve — surface friction, propose solutions, drive them to done

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Have 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Have experience working with a globally distributed team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable partnering with Director-level hiring managers, and see yourself as a trusted advisor rather than a service provider
  • Love digging into metrics and using them to guide decisions
  • Have a constant drive to improve processes and iterate on how things work
  • Open to recruiting across functions — product, engineering, operations, and beyond
  • Think creatively, lead initiatives, and drive an exceptional candidate experience

Nice to have:

  • Experience developing hiring processes at a fast-scaling tech company
