This is a senior role at the heart of what Endeavor does – working directly with Ukraine's most promising scale-up founders as their trusted advisor and strategic partner. You will own a portfolio of Endeavor Entrepreneurs, building deep relationships, understanding their businesses inside out, and activating Endeavor's global network to drive real outcomes on their biggest challenges – from fundraising and internationalization to talent, pricing, and organizational design.
We are looking for someone with serious business acumen and a structured, analytical mind – the kind of person who has spent years in management consulting, VC, or a senior operating role and can sit across from the unicorn founder and be a genuine thought partner. Success in this role is defined by the quality of your relationships with entrepreneurs, the relevance and impact of the support you deliver, and the trust you build as someone founders turn to when it matters most.
