We are currently looking for a Data Analyst available for B2B cooperation on a project for a large e-commerce / marketplace platform. The collaboration will be carried out under the Flying Bisons brand, while the scope of services will be delivered in close cooperation with stakeholders on the client side.
The project focuses on analyses supporting decisions in the areas of pricing, selection, product and brand portfolio, and international expansion.
As part of the collaboration, you will support business and technical stakeholders with analyses that directly influence decisions related to price competitiveness, assortment growth, brand onboarding, offer optimization, and activities across international markets.
This is not a project focused solely on dashboards. We are looking for someone who can independently work with large data volumes, combine data from multiple sources, identify business problems, design analytical approaches, and translate analytical findings into concrete recommendations.
Independence, curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate analytical outcomes in a clear and business-oriented way will be key.
Preparing analyses that support decisions related to product, pricing, portfolio, selection, and offer strategy.
Analyzing price competitiveness, product selection, brand portfolio, assortment growth, and international expansion opportunities.
Combining, cleaning, and structuring large data volumes from multiple sources.
Identifying business problems and proposing analytical approaches to solve them.
Preparing insights and recommendations for business and technical stakeholders.
Reporting key metrics and KPIs related to selection processes, product portfolio, and rollout across foreign markets.
Supporting decisions related to onboarding trending brands.
Supporting offer optimization across international markets.
Communicating analytical results in a clear, structured, and business-oriented way.
Cooperating with stakeholders from business, commerce, product, and technology areas.
Cooperating in an international environment, including regular communication in English.
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience combining data from multiple sources.
Availability for a hybrid collaboration model in Warsaw, including regular onsite presence.

Experience with analyses related to international expansion.
Experience with pricing analyses.
Experience with selection, product portfolio, or brand portfolio analyses.
Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, retail, or commercial analytics.
You do not work with SQL.
You are not comfortable cooperating in English in a project environment.
Your experience is mainly limited to creating BI dashboards, without independent analysis and business recommendation ownership.
You are looking for a project focused only on reporting, without advisory work with stakeholders.
You are not available for a hybrid collaboration model in Warsaw.
