Quick Summary
About Us Flying Bisons is a leading Strategic Design & Digital Consulting company based in Warsaw, with projects across Europe and the Middle East.
Flying Bisons is a leading Strategic Design & Digital Consulting company based in Warsaw, with projects across Europe and the Middle East. Our mission is to help our clients Unleash Digital Potential™.
We work at scales where real impact happens: enterprise platforms, government services, and corporate ecosystems used by millions of people. Our projects include national workforce platforms (Qiwa, Ajeer), education ecosystems (Madares), major banks (Bank Pekao, Alinma), global telecoms (Ooredoo, Salam), and international brands (KFC, Hebe, NaTemat, Enel-Med).
Our uniqueness comes from going beyond design craft. As we wrote in our manifestos - Strategic Design - Manifest and Strategic Design - The Future of Design - design craft is only 10% of success. The other 90% - the Invisible 90% - is about navigating politics, aligning stakeholders, and protecting fragile visions until they reach reality.
That’s why we’re building the discipline of Strategic Design - and we want you to be part of it.
The project focuses on product initiatives dedicated to business customers of a large e-commerce / marketplace platform.
As part of the collaboration, you will support client-side stakeholders in defining problems, running discovery, shaping product strategy, and translating business goals into specific concepts, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
This project is a strong fit for someone who combines product experience, strategic thinking, data-informed decision making, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Independence, clear communication, the ability to structure complex topics, and translating ambiguous business needs into concrete product recommendations will be key.
Translating business goals into product problem statements, product hypotheses, and directions for action.
Running discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, market analysis, competitive scans, and structuring business opportunities.
Defining target outcomes, OKRs, success metrics, and decision-making criteria for product initiatives.
Building and maintaining an opportunity backlog.
Preparing prioritization frameworks, such as RICE, weighted scoring, or similar approaches.
Preparing strategic materials, such as one-pagers, vision docs, product strategy artifacts, roadmaps, executive summaries, and recommendations.
Cooperating with stakeholders from business, UX, research, analytics, and technology areas.
Combining qualitative and quantitative sources of insight in the product decision-making process.
Using data, metrics, funnels, cohorts, and other analytical inputs to formulate recommendations.
Presenting product and strategic recommendations to stakeholders on the client side.
Maintaining alignment between business goals, user value, feasibility, and measurable outcomes.
