- Monitor and report on asset utilization, availability, and performance.
- Manage software licenses, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.
- Conduct regular license audits to ensure adherence to software usage policies.
- Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to resolve licensing issues.

- Plan and execute asset upgrades in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Monitor technological advancements to recommend hardware and software upgrades.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT assets, including specifications, configurations, and maintenance history.
- Generate regular reports on IT asset status, utilization, and performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing asset management processes.

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2+ years of experience in IT asset management, IT support, or related roles.

Strong understanding of hardware and software lifecycle management.

Familiarity with relevant regulations and licensing agreements.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
