A Day in the Life
 
·Manage and maintain their Zendesk tickets and help when needed with others tickets
·Process all time data entry and review for accuracy and completeness
·Payroll data entry (employee earnings adjustments, allowances etc)
·Process payroll end to end and set new cycle
·Responsible for making decisions regarding employee/branch requests
·Process and distribute off cycle checks as per company policy
·Ensure compliance with Federal & multi-state payroll legislation and company policy
·Maintain employee records as per government regulations
·Review and file certified payroll reports using multiple platforms (Emars, LCPTracker, WA L&I)
·Monitor and address employee inquiries from the Payroll Support Helpdesk
 
What you bring
 
·Minimum 3 years of experience in Processing Payroll
·Experience with Viewpoint Spectrum software preferred
·Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
·Strong time management, organizational and problem solving skills
·Accuracy and attention to detail a must
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·Construction and union payroll experience is preferred
·Can read construction contracts
·Understands Prevailing wage and Davis Bacon
