The Waterproofing Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all field operations related to waterproofing and building envelopes. This includes managing foremen and crews, coordinating project schedules, ensuring quality installation, and maintaining strict safety compliance.

Lead and supervise waterproofing foremen, crews, and subcontractors across multiple job sites
Manage daily field operations, manpower planning, and project schedules
Ensure work meets project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and company standards
Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to maintain proper sequencing
Conduct quality control inspections and resolve installation challenges
Enforce safety policies and maintain a strong safety culture on-site
Provide technical expertise on waterproofing systems and complex details
Track job progress, production, and reporting
Familiarity with systems from Tremco, Sika, Carlisle, GCP, Soprema, or similar
Proven experience managing multiple crews and traveling projects
Strong understanding of waterproofing sequencing and trade coordination
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
