A friendly face that New Zealanders can rely on, store owners have been tailoring their offerings to suit their local community and make life a little bit more choice since 1924. That’s over 100 years!

Four Square ownership takes dedication, a whole bunch of passion and grit; and it's incredibly rewarding!

We are now accepting applications from aspiring 4 Square Owners to join our Ownership Immersion Programme for Cohort 7!

We're looking for:

- Leadership experience

- Experience from a regulatory environment

- Experience with business financials (budget/P&L management)

The application process will include the following checks and assessments:

- Numerical and leadership assessments

- Background checks; including Ministry of Justice, business and personal credit checks & reference checks (internal applicants)

- Applications Open: Monday 24th August 2026

- Applications Close: Sunday 6th September 2026

- Programme Selection Interviews: 9th, 10th, 16th & 17th November 2026

- 12-week Immersion Programme Begins: Early Feb 2027
