Senior Financial Analyst - IT

At Foodies, our Finance team is evolving. We're building a modern Performance & Planning function that delivers deeper insights and better decision making across the Co-op.

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial insight across technology spend, projects and enterprise portfolios.

You’ll partner with Technology stakeholders to support investment decisions, cost optimisation and financial visibility across IT initiatives in a large, complex environment.

• →Provide insight across IT spend, cost drivers and investment (capex vs opex)
• →Support project financials, business cases and portfolio reporting working closely with Senior IT leaders.
• →Deliver forecasting, modelling and scenario analysis for technology initiatives
• →Partner with Technology and delivery teams to guide financial decisions
• →Improve visibility through data, automation and modern reporting tools
• →Contribute to a more data-driven, future-focused Finance function

• A tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting)
• Previous experience in management accounting, commercial or financial analyst roles, or data analyst roles within a large corporate environment.
• Experience in management accounting would be highly desirable
• Proven experience working in IT, Technology or serviced-based environments, with an understanding of typical ICT cost structures would also be highly desirable.
• Strong capability in financial modelling and scenario analysis
• Understanding of project financials and investment decision-making
• Experience with SAP, TM1,advanced Excel, PowerBI
• Comfortable working in a large corporate with structured planning & governance
