As a Renewals Account Executive, the goal of your role is to oversee client renewals, discover growth opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Using a consultative approach and active listening skills, you will gain knowledge of each business’s unique challenges and needs, working across a group of lenders, including Fora Financial to offer the most appropriate financing solution available to generate Renewal business from our past and current small business customers.

  • You will work with our existing customer base speaking with business owners and their representatives to align their needs for capital with the appropriate financing option(s)
  • You will receive and cultivate your own book of business (i.e., no cold calling), communicating with merchants throughout the day to gather information and utilize Salesforce to organize and update those interactions  
  • You will collaborate with a team of experienced sales leaders, learning and evolving a core set of sales strategies and techniques through ongoing training and development

Highly competitive compensation plan including a $55,000 base salary+commission (average monthly commissions $2,500+) and additional incentives
Renewals AE’s who reach targets can earn $100K+ in salary and commission in their first year.

  • 2-5 years of experience in previous inside sales role(s) preferred (renewals experience a huge plus)
  • Possess a closer mindset who is motivated by financial success
  • A track record of exceeding quotas and achieving KPIs on a consistent basis
  • Proficient use of MS Office Suite, Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus
  • High integrity, positive attitude, maturity and a willingness to learn, grow and be coached by a team of experienced sales professionals
  • Strong active listening skills and capacity to ask probing questions 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment and thrive under pressure
  • Desire to be financially successful with the work ethic that matches
