Our events combine thought leadership, networking opportunities, and exclusive content to create memorable experiences. ForbesLive is seeking a Summer 2026 intern to join our collaborative team, focusing on providing support to our Logistics & Programming.

Responsibilities

→Passionate about learning the intricacies of the events industry
→Currently enrolled college student (preferably Junior or Senior) based in the New York Metropolitan Area
→Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
→Excellent attention to detail with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
→Creative problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
→Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
→Willingness to learn new tools such as Smartsheet (Forbes project management tool)
→Ability to travel to events as needed and be available for evening/weekend events when required
→Physical requirements include standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 25+ lbs. in both indoor and outdoor environments

Our internships are paid.
This internship is approximately 40 hours/week Monday-Friday.
Internships begin mid-June and end mid-August
Interns are invited to weekly presentations to hear from leaders within the organization.
