Como estagiário(a) de Atendimento ao Cliente, você irá: * Atender clientes por telefone, 0800, e-mail e sistema (Salesforce) * Gerenciar pedidos da sua carteira, garantindo atualizações e execução adequada * Acompanhar recusas e devoluções junto a transportadoras, clientes e equipe comercial * Elaborar relatórios para clientes estratégicos * Apoiar a organização de entregas emergenciais com transportadoras e armazém * Identificar riscos de prazo (SLA) e acionar as áreas responsáveis * Colaborar com outras atividades da área conforme necessário * * * ## O que você precisa ter? ### Requisitos obrigatórios * Estar cursando ensino superior (a partir do 3º semestre, em qualquer área) * Disponibilidade para estagiar 30 horas semanais em modelo híbrido * Boa comunicação verbal e escrita * Organização, proatividade e vontade de aprender ### Diferenciais (não obrigatórios) * Interesse por atendimento ao cliente, operações, logística ou experiência do cliente (CX) * Familiaridade com ferramentas de atendimento ou CRM (ex.: Salesforce) * * * ## O que você vai encontrar aqui? * Bolsa-auxílio compatível com o mercado * Modelo de trabalho híbrido * Oportunidades reais de desenvolvimento e crescimento * Ambiente colaborativo, inclusivo e aberto a novas ideias * Interação com áreas estratégicas da empresa * Programa estruturado de aprendizagem e acompanhamento #LI-NL1 #LI-ONSITE Fortive Corporation Overview Fortive's essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
