As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the evolution of Accruent’s core Property & Facility Management capabilities. You’ll set direction, translate insight into action, and partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Go‑to‑Market teams to deliver products customers rely on every day. ### Product Strategy & Market Insight * Develop a clear, compelling product vision aligned with customer needs, market trends, and Accruent’s long‑term strategy * Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and unmet needs * Turn insights into actionable strategies that guide roadmap decisions and investment priorities ### Roadmap & Delivery * Define and manage a roadmap that balances customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility * Own and prioritize the product backlog, writing clear epics and user stories with strong acceptance criteria * Make informed trade‑off decisions to deliver value quickly while supporting long‑term scalability ### Product Discovery & User Experience * Partner with Design and UX to explore, prototype, and validate solutions through user research and experimentation * Use qualitative and quantitative insights to improve workflows, usability, and overall customer experience * Foster a culture of continuous discovery and learning ### Cross‑Functional Leadership * Work closely with Engineering to translate requirements into high‑quality, on‑time releases * Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success on priorities and outcomes * Act as the single point of accountability for product quality, impact, and results ### Go‑to‑Market & Adoption * Partner with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, and launch strategies * Support Sales and Customer Success with product knowledge, enablement materials, and insights * Ensure smooth launches and continuous improvement post‑release ### Measurement & Growth * Define and track success metrics such as adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion * Use product data to identify opportunities to improve customer value and reduce churn * Iterate based on results, ensuring each release drives measurable outcomes * * * ## What You Bring? ### Must‑Have Qualifications * 8+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS environments * Proven ability to take products from concept to launch with measurable customer and business impact * Experience managing complex roadmaps and backlogs in cross‑functional teams * Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to guide decisions and prioritize work * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage engineers, designers, and senior leaders * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience ### Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications * Experience with enterprise SaaS or workflow‑driven products * Exposure to product‑led growth (PLG) models * Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap) * MBA or advanced degree If you don’t meet every requirement but believe you can succeed in this role, we encourage you to apply. * * * ## What You’ll Get? * The opportunity to lead and shape a core product used by global enterprises * A collaborative, inclusive culture that values learning and diverse perspectives * Competitive compensation aligned with market standards * Flexible work arrangements that support work‑life balance * Career growth through mentorship, stretch opportunities, and access to Fortive’s learning ecosystem * The chance to make a real, visible impact on customers and the business * * * ### Ready to Build What’s Next?
