Here you’ll design the entire CRO program from scratch for mission‑driven B2B SaaS sites that already pull meaningful traffic.

Part-time for the first 3‑6 months, and you’ll have the opportunity to step into a full‑time leadership seat to scale the practice.

  • 1× 30‑min webinar (topic + slides + live delivery), Monthly

  • 2× outbound/ nurture emails (HubSpot), Monthly

  • 2× LinkedIn posts (your byline or founder ghostwritten), Monthly

  • 1× AI‑assisted blog post (1,000 ± words), Monthly

  • Audit funnels with GA4, Hotjar, and Clarity; identify drop‑offs.

  • Draft hypotheses, set success thresholds, and launch A/B or MVT tests with VWO (or your preferred tool).

  • Coordinate lightweight dev tweaks (HTML/CSS) when needed.

  • Turn every test result—win or learn—into snackable content for emails, posts, and webinars.

  • Report wins & next steps to our Service Development Manager in a weekly 30-minute checkpoint (held between 8 a.m.–12 p.m. ET).

  • Sales deck becomes a paid diagnostic product.

  • We’re confident enough in the motion to flip you to full‑time Service‑Line Lead (competitive PH salary + growth upside).

  • 5+ yrs running CRO programs: test design, stats interpretation, GA4 funnels.

  • Fluent with Hotjar/Clarity heat‑maps, VWO (or equivalent), basic HTML/CSS edits.

  • Clear copy instincts for headline/CTA variants.

  • Crystal‑clear English; you’ll present findings live on webinars.

  • Degree from UP, DLSU, Ateneo, UST

  • Reliable WFH setup in the Philippines.

  • User‑research interviews & JTBD surveys.

  • Copy‑testing frameworks (e.g., 5‑second tests).

  • SQL‑level attribution experience.
