- Focus on building B2B relationships and become a trusted specialist to our customers
- Manage the full sales cycle from application qualification, customer first touch, onboarding, purchase execution, and account management
- Leverage inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to drive new business acquisition with potential and existing customers
- Secure long-term relationships and serve as a customer contact to our trade customers in your territory with responsibility of education, solution recommendation, and support based on needs
- Demonstrate and maintain extensive product knowledge to keep customers apprised of product launches, extensions, and promotions
- Maintain lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from marketing leads, trade shows, web leads, and other sources
- Be a trusted business advisor and use in-depth knowledge of our pricing, lead times, specifications
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, and other Sales departments to execute campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage and track sales activities, maintaining accurate data for forecasting and reporting
- Consistently meet established weekly and monthly sales metrics
- Attend a minimum of 4 industry-related trade shows a year for a week at a time with preset dates
- Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

- 5+ year of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or a similar role
- 2+ years of experience in the Furniture industry or graduation from our Customer Onboarding and Revenue Activation team
- Experience working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering a polished, personalized experience to high-end customers
- Ability to travel to attend a minimum of 4 industry-related trade shows a year for a week at a time for preset dates
- Familiarity with CRM tools to track activity and manage pipelines (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to educate clients and drive product-based solutions through a relationship-building approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, customer-focused approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners to support sales initiatives and campaigns
